These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and CoreValley Technologies ("CoreValley Technologies," "we," "us," or "our"). CoreValley Technologies is a software and technology company that develops and supports digital software products and business technology solutions, including our proprietary products PriceTag Pro (available at pricetagproapp.com) and TagCount (available at tagcount.app).
By accessing our website or using any CoreValley Technologies product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or products.
Products such as PriceTag Pro and TagCount are licensed, not sold, in the sense that subscribing to a product provides you with a right to use the software according to these Terms and any applicable product-specific license terms. Subscribing to a product does not transfer ownership of that product, its source code, brand, or any related intellectual property to you.
Our software products, including PriceTag Pro and TagCount, are digital products. When you subscribe, you receive a software license and digital access rather than a physical item. No physical inventory is shipped in connection with a subscription to either product.
Following a successful subscription, access is delivered electronically through a license key you use to sign in on any device. No shipping address or physical delivery is required for the software itself.
PriceTag Pro is sold and billed entirely on pricetagproapp.com, with Paddle.com acting as merchant of record for those payments. TagCount is sold and billed entirely on tagcount.app. CoreValley Technologies does not process payments for either product on this website. By subscribing, you agree to the terms and payment policies published on that product's own site in addition to these Terms.
All software, trademarks, branding, designs, and content associated with CoreValley Technologies and its products, including PriceTag Pro and TagCount, are the exclusive property of CoreValley Technologies or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
You agree not to use our website, services, or software products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, or to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of our products and services.
PriceTag Pro subscriptions are billed by Paddle.com on pricetagproapp.com, and TagCount subscriptions are billed directly on tagcount.app, so refund requests are handled on each product's own site under its refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
We aim to keep our software products available and functioning as intended, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our products may rely on third-party services, including billing providers such as Paddle.com, which are outside of our direct control.
CoreValley Technologies provides product support for PriceTag Pro and TagCount as their developer. For general inquiries, sales, or partnership questions, please visit our Contact page. Billing and subscription questions are handled through each product's own website.
We may suspend or terminate access to our software products if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the security or integrity of our services. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before doing so.
